As the Founder and Director of Latest Consultancy UK Ltd, he has been instrumental in the firm’s rapid growth. With over 20 years of experience, he has expanded the firm’s client base across 15 countries in Europe and Asia through strategic acquisitions and visionary leadership. Mayur enjoys playing padel and is actively involved in charitable initiatives.

Jailesh Patel FCCA
Senior ConsultantJailesh is a Fellow Member of the ACCA (FCCA) and holds a BSc in Economics, bringing over 40 years of experience in the accounting profession. He began his career at BDO in 1985, rising to Audit Manager. In 1989, he established Farringdon & Co, drawing on his broad experience in commercial finance. Jailesh has developed deep expertise in tax compliance, accounting, and inheritance tax planning, making him a trusted advisor on complex financial matters. Senior ConsultantRamesh is a Fellow Member of both The ACCA (UK) and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. With over 40 years of experience in both industry and general practice, he brings deep knowledge to the firm. Accounts SeniorRishil holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance and has worked in the accounting field since 2005. With nearly two decades of experience, he has built well-rounded expertise in practice compliance, including VAT, PAYE, pensions, corporation and personal tax, CGT, and MTD for income tax. He is highly skilled in accounting software and digital platforms, including QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage, and is often the go-to person for software-related implementation and training.Rishil also serves as a trustee for a charity supporting families affected by Glioblastoma brain tumours.
